She was predeceased by: her father Jesse Thomas "J. T." Hale Jr.; her niece Hannah Priddy; and her nephew Braxton Priddy. She is survived by: her children, Staci Evans and Joseph "J. C." Evans; her grandchildren, Kendall, Braydon Younger and Liam Evans; her mother Barbara Blevins (Randy); her siblings, Peyton Priddy (Kelly), Tripp Hale (Desiree) and Shannon Hale; her nephew Triston Hale; and her great-nephew Greyson Priddy.
