She is survived by: her husband John Spurlin (Larry); her children, Rebecca Irene Richeson, Martha Elisabeth Dollins (Jerry), Mary Delena Carman (Wayne), Tabitha Lucinda Reed (Micheal), John Laurance Harvey Spurlin and Dalea Irene Robison (Colin); her brother Sam Harvey (Denise); and her niece Crystal Bell Boyd (Kevin). She is also survived by 24 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren, and a host of brothers- and sisters-in-law as well as many nieces, nephews and friends.
