She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Grey "Bill" Redmond and Ola Mae "Dude" Hall Redmond; her aunt Betty Buckner; and her brother-in-law Bruce Hall. She is survived by: her husband Scott Neville Brame; her children, Morgan Smith (Greg) and Tanner Brame (Kendall); her grandchildren, Kinsley Smith, Hudson Smith, Hadley Smith and Micah Brame; her sisters, Joyce Hall (Bruce), Billie Redmond (Kemp) and Tina Massey (Sammy); her friends, Lori Cordle, Debbie Kallam and Joy Moorefield; and her close friend Sandra Meadows. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Betsy was instrumental in implementing county initiatives during the pandemic.
