He is survived by: his mother Lorain Parker Thorn; his wife Teressa "Cookie" Fields; his siblings, Junior Jones, Roy Sawyers (Robin), Dennis Thorn (Nikki), Michael Fields, Mike Flippen, Lee Martin, Wendy Bedford (Charlie), Kristy Turnage (Tim), Cindi Ritter (Kevin) and Jenifer Flippen; his mother-in-law Naomi Ramsey; and his friend Ted Johnson. He is also survived by family members, friends, coworkers.
