He was predeceased by : his father Carson Thomas Hazlip, Sr.; and his brother Carson Thomas Hazlip, Jr.. He is survived by : his brothers, Chris Hazlip (Christine) of Advance and Steve Hazlip (Corinth) of Madison; his nieces and nephews, Jason Hazlip, Tyler Hazlip (Jessica), Bayden Hazlip, Layla Hazlip and Blake Walser; his great-niece Karsyn Hazlip; his great-nephews, Cohen, Dawson and Sawyer Hazlip; his cousins, Janet Silvers (Micky) and Tim Isley (Tammy); and his uncle Bill Isley.
