With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Edward Eugene Gilley of Eden, North Carolina, born in Reno, Nevada, who passed away on December 7, 2023 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, William E. and Martha Ann Griffith Terrell; and his sister Donna Terrell. He is survived by : his siblings, Linda Morgan of Eden and Ray Terrell of Franklin, VA; his nephew Rodney Morgan (Ashley) of Eden; his niece Pam Martin (Tim) of Collinsville, VA; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Derrek Morgan, Amanda Martin, Joseph Morgan, Caleb Morgan and Connor Morgan.
