We are sad to announce that on September 26, 2025, at the age of 70, Fred Emory Bowman Jr. of Eden, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Fred is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Fred's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Bowman, Sr. and Patsy Ray Hundley; his close friend Lynn Stone; his granddaughter Kenley Stone; and his brother Michael Bowman.
He is survived by: his children, Richard Bowman of Eden, Lara Rios (Jamie) of Eden, Bradley Stone (Rita) of Eden and Zackrey Fredericks of Eden; his sisters, Risa Bowman of Eden and Christy Bowman of Pelham; and his caregiver Sheri Clark. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; brother.
