She is survived by: her husband Bill Meadows; her daughters, Becki Shelby (Scott), Brandi Quinley and Billie Jo Kingston (Wayne); her grandchildren, Devin, Hogan Shelby, Paul Rouse (Samantha), Megan and Josh Kingston; her great grandchildren, Eli Rouse, Hailey Kaston and Briar Campbell; and her siblings, Jimmy Webb and Cathy Galloway.
