He is survived by : his wife Mary "Elizabeth" Hodges Perkins; his children, Heather Wyatt (Jimmy), Lauren Perkins and Seth Perkins (Kristie); his siblings, Laurie Leonard (Greg), Carl Perkins (Judy) and Michael Czosnek (Becky); and his grandchildren, Chance Wyatt (Baily), Cameron Wyatt, Alexis Wyatt, Madisyn Perkins, Greyson Perkins and Oliver Perkins. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
