He was predeceased by: his parents, Billie DeHart and Eula Hodgson DeHart. He is survived by: his daughter Tabitha DeHart Donnell (Derrick) of Whitsett, NC; his siblings, Adrian DeHart of Eden, NC and Gene DeHart of Salisbury, NC; and his close friend Barbara Hampton of Eden, NC.. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
