It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jocelyn Ross Kastenbaum (Eden, North Carolina), born in Rockingham, North Carolina, who passed away on July 17, 2019, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Macon R. Ross and Ruby Fitzhugh Ross. She is survived by: her daughter Celeste Renee Ross of Vero Beach, FL; her siblings, Linda Merrick of Richmond, VA, Macon R. Ross, Jr. of Orlando, FL and Dudley C. Ross of Cobbs Creek, VA; and her niece Elaine Merrick of Richmond, VA..
