He is survived by: his children, Magdalena Alvarez, Matias Alvarez, Margarita Alvarez, Luisa Alvarez, Ernesto Alvarez, Cirila Alvarez, Alberto Alvarez and Catalina Alvarez. He is also survived by forty-seven grandchildren; and fifty-three great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 1st 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Fair Funeral Home (432 Boone Rd, Eden, NC 27288). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 2nd 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the St Joseph of the Hills Catholic Church (316 Boone Rd, Eden, NC 27288).
