She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew J. Layne and Birdie Wright Layne; her husband Arthur O. Boulware; her sons, Bobby Lee Pruitt, Larry Wayne Pruitt and Michael Dean Pruitt; and her siblings, Mildred Chapman, Helen Stephens, John D. Layne and Andrew J. Layne, Jr..
She is survived by: her son Ray; and her brothers, Thomas E. Layne (Shirley) of Pelham and James H. Layne (Rachel) of Pelham. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren and six great great grandchildren.
