She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Morris Ruffin and Alice Irene Speight Ruffin; her husbands, Phillip Arlen Hedgepeth, Sr. and Don Craig; her son Phillip Arlen Hedgepeth, Jr.; and her siblings, Robert Ruffin, Shirley Ricks, Stanley Ruffin and Terry Ruffin.
She is survived by: her children, Kim Cruise (Jon), Michael Hedgepeth, Cassandra Sexton and Beth Hedgepeth; her sister-in-law Delores West; her daughter-in-law Esther Hedgepeth; her grandchildren, Phillip James Hedgepeth, David Hedgepeth (Dawn), Daniel Hedgepeth, Gabriel Hedgepeth (Asenath), Joshua Ziglar, Joshua Hopkins (Brandy), Jacob Hopkins (Amy), Courtney Bibee (Josh), Jamie Dickerson and Gage Mabes; and her pet Carlie Jo. She is also survived by nineteen great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.
