He is survived by: his wife Linda Hubbard Setliff; his son Greg Setliff (Teresa) of Jacksonville, FL; his stepson Mark Grogan (Amy) of Shallotte, NC; his grandson Bradley Butler (Lucy); his stepgranddaughter Courtney Grogan; and his great grandchildren, Raleigh and Matilda. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
