He was predeceased by: his parents, John Olverson and Vivian Hairston Olverson; and his brothers, Alvert and Von. He is survived by: his wife Norma Olverson; his children, Tameka Mills of Lawrenceville, GA, Chellie Mills-Adams (Alpheus) of Axton Va, Terrye Hairston of Raleigh, NC, Justyn Duke (Cortney) of Fort Meade, MD, Terrence Maddox (Jerika) of Cincinnati, OH, Tyshawn Olverson (Brittany) of Charlotte, NC and Aliayh Olverson of Raleigh, NC; his siblings, Barrie Olverson of Eden, NC, Tyrone Olverson (Shelly) of Columbus, OH, Jesse Olverson (Carla) of Cincinnati, OH, Sharon Olverson of Eden, NC, Yulanda (Eric) of Cincinnati, OH and Nitiya (Travis) of Cincinnati, OH; his aunt Sarah Manns; his nephew Ray-Ray; and his brothers, John Lindsay and Carl Singletary. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other loving relatives, many cherished friends; and two special cousins.
