As Barry Dwayne departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Barry Dwayne may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Barry Dwayne leaves behind.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Thomas Dunn, Sr. and Katherine Lee Bailey Phipps; his wife Jennifer Halfhill Dunn; his brothers, Tommy Dunn (Karen) of Askewville and George Dunn of Murfreesboro; and his nephew Gilbert Dunn.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Faith Pentecostal Holiness Church (1614 Virginia Rd, Edenton, NC 27932). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
