He is survived by: his wife Jean Goodale Kuchta; his children, Alison Kuchta (Lai Saephan), Adam Kuchta and Joseph Kuchta (Jodie); his sister Evelyn Weaver; and his grandsons, Gabriel Kuchta and Bennett Kuchta.
