Kalbach; her children, Christina Madeira (Emmet Madeira) and Daniel Daley; her grandchildren, Madison Madeira and Grace Madeira; her stepchildren, James E. Kalbach and Kristin A. Garrett; and her stepgrandchildren, Tyler Kalbach, Bradley Kalbach, James Garrett and Logan Garrett.
