She is survived by: her children, Diane Blanchard Russell of Edenton and Richard D. Blanchard (Bertha) of Edenton; her sister Louise Winslow of Suffolk; her grandchildren, Dean Russell (Christy), Ben Blanchard and Hannah Jones (Jason); and her great grandchildren, Alex, Elizabeth, Eric Russell, Clay Jones and Amber Blanchard. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
