With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gerald John Atkinson of Edenton, North Carolina, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on June 13, 2022 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Adam John and Mary Helen Dilworth Atkinson. He is survived by: his wife Katharine Ann Silberhorn Atkinson; his children, Jerelyn Atkinson Miranda of Liberty Hill and Andrew Adam Atkinson of West Seneca; and his grandchildren, Tom Albers, Michael Albers and Sierra Black. He is also survived by one great-grandson and three great-granddaughters.
