She was predeceased by: her husband William Henry Heriford. She is survived by: her children, Robyn Helene Gardner, Megan Paige Heriford, Laura Dilys Heriford and James Morgan Heriford. She is also survived by four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Friends of the Shepard-Pruden Memorial Library Board in Edenton, 106 W. Water Street, Edenton, NC 27932.
