She is survived by: her sons, David Duckworth (Kellie) and Randy Wilson (Martina); her daughter-in-law Diana Wallace; her grandchildren, Ashley Wade (Kivonte), Nicole Duckworth and Rocky Jon Duckworth, II; her great grandchildren, Dior Wade, Cash Wade and Serenady Duckworth; her brother Joe Truax; and her pets, Shadow, Socks and Bandit. She is also survived by several other grandchildren and great grandchildren.
