With sadness, we share the passing of Joyce Gaino Jones (Edenton, North Carolina). Joyce, born on January 14, 1945, passed away on June 13, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Gaino and Olga Gaino; and her brother Joe Gaino. She is survived by: her husband Terry Jones; her children, Robert MacSwain, Kimberly Jones Adams (Richard) and Gretchen Jones Doake (David); her grandchildren, Katy Meads (Chase) and Christian Doake; her siblings, Gloria Willis (Earl), Jim Gaino (Donna), Janet Gaino and Bill Gaino (Vivianne); and her sister-in-law Jane Gaino. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, friends, and members of her church family.
Those wishing to honor Joyce's memory are invited to make a donation to the Boys & Girls Club of Edenton or to the local Food Pantry ministries, both dear to her.
