It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lloyd Thomas Parrish of Edenton, North Carolina, who passed away on December 22, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Augustus Parrish, Sr. and Myrtle Penelope Smith Parrish; and his siblings, Margaret Bass, Alice Jones, Andrew Jr. and Joe Parrish.

He is survived by: his wife Betty Bazemore Parrish; his daughters, Sandra Parrish Hunt (Andy) of Raleigh and Karen Parrish Huey (Phil) of Edenton; his brother Calvin Parrish (Glenda) of Edenton; and his grandchildren, Thomas Andrew, Sarah Hunt, Emily, Anna Grace and Elizabeth Huey.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in his memory may be made to Macedonia Baptist Church, 1004 Macedonia Road, Edenton, NC 27932.
