He was predeceased by: his parents, Gladys Marie Jenkins Gallianetti (Cinkovich) and Matthew Anthony Cinkovich; his sister Kathleen Rose Koch; his brother-in-law Marvin Koch; his brother Rick Gallianetti; and his nephews, Rodney Gene Koch and Joe Michael Gallianetti.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Dianne Gale Cinkovich; his stepson Randall V. Phelps, Jr.; his children, Joseph Carlton Cinkovich (Heidi) and Anna Marie Cinkovich (Tom McNulty); and his grandchildren, Zachery Carlton Cinkovich, Hunter Joseph Cinkovich, Elijah Abraham Cinkovich, Kara Marie McNulty and Myah Dyanne Cinkovich. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
The family requests that instead of flowers donations be made to the Edenton Baptist Church's Baptist Men or the BCI Kairos Ministry.
