She is survived by: her daughter Patsy Ann Phelps of Hertford; her grandson Aaron Christopher Lee (Tammy Lee); her great grandchild Michaela Lee; her son Dwight Mitchell Perkins (David B. Edwards) of Towson, Maryland; her siblings, Sandra Evon Sands and Ronald Anderson Cash; her niece Donia; Roy Mitchell Perkins.
