He is survived by: his wife Sherry Bullard Jones; his sons, Billy Charles Jones, Jr. (Rebecca Jones) and Charles "Charlie" Jones (Debbie Jones); his stepdaughter Kris Howell; and his sister Donnia Harris. He is also survived by several grand children, neices and nephews.
Born on March 20, 1940, he spent his life making significant contributions to his field while earning the respect of colleagues and friends alike.
