She was predeceased by: her parents, W. J. Giles and Ruth Leonard Giles; her husbands, Odell Poole, Charles Shoaf and Charlie Copple (Ray); her siblings, Billy Giles (Ruth), Alfred Giles (Shirley), Dermont Giles (Bonnie) and Irene Giles; and her sons-in-law, Ted W. Leonard and Roy Gray.
She is survived by: her children, Walter Shoaf (JoAnn) of Salisbury, Bessie Shoaf Bean (Anthony) of Efland, Elaine Poole Leonard of Lexington and Angela Shoaf (Kevin) of Lexington; her grandchildren, Shelia Holdway (Jason), Stephanie Bailey (David), Freeman (Bryan), David Leonard (Billy), Charles Holder (Heather), Alexander Holder (Crystal), Crystal Albright (Stephen), Caitlyn Holder (Chris), Christopher May (Cassandra), Blake Shoaf, Hannah Shoaf, Joe Gray, Sarah Brunt (Stuart) and Ka Cee Elliot; and her brother Bobby Giles of Lexington. She is also survived by sixteen great-grandchildren.
