It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Pearson Haskett of Elizabeth City, North Carolina, who passed away on July 13, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Barbara Pearson Haskett to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Pearson and Helen Pearson; her grandparents, Noah and Lena Bright; and her close friend Captain Casper Meekins.
She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey Haskett (Kathleen) of Southern Shores, NC, Cam Haskett (Renee) of Morehead City, NC and Kelly Guthrie (Bill) of Morehead City, NC; her grandsons, Hunter Haskett, Perry Guthrie (Kelly) and Hunter Guthrie (Evie); and her stepgrandchildren, Joey Lamb (Kaleigh), Patrick Lamb and Katie Lamb. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, August 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Twiford Funeral Homes (405 E Church St, Elizabeth City, NC 27909).
