We announce the death of Concetta Adamo of Elizabeth City, North Carolina, who passed away on August 22, 2026, at the age of 97. Concetta will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Nicola Calabro and Mary Calabro (Sidotti); her husband Rocco Adamo; her son Raymond Adamo; and her brothers, Russell Calabro and Philip Calabro.
She is survived by: her brother Nicholas Calabro (Linda); her sister-in-law Betty Calabro; her daughter-in-law Sharon Adamo; her grandchildren, Scott Adamo (Vannessa) and Lauren Adamo (Josh Bross); and her great grandchildren, Claire, Henry, Ellie and Adam. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
