He was predeceased by : his parents, Elbert C., Jr. and Gertrude Beere Parks; and his siblings, Ann Cox and Larry Parks. He is survived by : his wife Pearl Stallings Parks; his daughter Christina Gantas of Richmond, VA; his sisters, Linda Cahill (Casey) of Thornton, CO, Jackie Williams (Gerald) of Sunbury and Rosemary Harrell of Hertford; and his siblings-in-law, Rebecca Parks of Eure and Jim Cox of Chesapeake.
