Debra Lynn Evans Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 24, 2025, at the age of 71, Debra Lynn Evans of Elizabeth City, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Marinia Weeks Upton and William "Billy" R. Upton, Sr.; her spouse Hallett Frederick "Freddy" Evans; and her brother-in-law Jeffrey Langwell. She is survived by: her daughters, Lynn Renee Braymiller (Brian) and Allison Elizabeth Lavin (Sean); her grandchildren, Mackenzie (Kyle), Macie (Hunter), Jaxon, Cayden and Marlee; her siblings, Vickie Langwell (Johnnie), William "Ricky" Upton, Jr. (Cindy) and Bobby G. Upton; and her brothers-in-law, Steve Evans and Kenneth Evans (Shari). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and all of the special children.
