She is survived by: her daughters, Doris Hoskins (Britt) of Elizabeth City, Phyllis Broadnax of Norfolk, Virginia and Joyce Johnson (Rodney) of Riverside, California.; and her siblings, Sarah Bazemore of Baltimore, Maryland and Thomas Best of Richmond. She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
