She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Walter A. Davis and Mattie Gregory Davis. She is survived by: her sister Ruby Brumsey of Elizabeth City. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at 1300 Lowe St, Elizabeth City, NC 27909. A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Mount Lebanon A. M. E Zion Church (320 Culpepper St, Elizabeth City, NC 27909). A burial will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Dove's Landing Cemetery (1609 Peartree Rd, Elizabeth City, NC 27909).
