He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Miller and Elizabeth Summers Miller; and his son Scott Miller. He is survived by: his daughters, Laura Maiocco (Michael), Deborah Arnold (Don), Carol Drury (Jim), Kimberley Hunley (Keith) and Karen Owens (Terry Thorton); and his brothers, Howard Miller (Barbara) and Robert Miller. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren.
The military honors will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Twiford Memorial Chapel (405 E Church St, Elizabeth City, NC 27909).
