He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Earl Booker and Vera Faye Edwards Booker; and his brother Joseph Lynn Booker. He is survived by: his sons, Philip Keffor Booker (Heather) and Joseph Morgan Booker (Karen); his grandchildren, Sean Morgan, Seth Patrick, Kayla Anne, Kaitlyn Hope, Emma Leah, Keffor Reed, Cullum Harper, Sullivan Rhys and Griffin Rhodes; his friend Debra Hill Booker; his brother Philip Edward Booker (Nancy); his nieces, Tammy Booker Stone (David), Allison and Kimberly Booker; and also Jacqueline.
