He was predeceased by: his brother William; and his parents, Mary Pavlik and John. He is survived by: his children, Susan Chorvat of Chadds Ford, PA, Mark Chorvat of Enfield, CT and Jeoffrey Chorvat (Michelle) of Oak Park, IL.; his grandchildren, Victoria, Matthew, Zachary and Benjamin; his fiancée Lisa Arbutina of Newtown Square, PA; and his former spouse Marion Chorvat of Glen Mills, PA..
