He was predeceased by: his siblings, Joe, Charlie, Milton Sr., Daniel Lee, Earnest Jr., Essie, Louise, Eula, Louella and Laura.
He is survived by: his son William Sr. (Adriane) of Clayton, NC; his grandchildren, William Jr., Jirah and C. J.; and his sibling's children, Ronnie Bryant (Vanessa) of Gulfport, MS, Patricia Donaldson of Winston-Salem, NC, Patricia "Pat" Ferebee (Ronnie) and Sherrie "Yvette" Spellman (Darnell) of Elizabeth City. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
