She was predeceased by: her husband Roger Best. She is survived by: her children, Cathy Elliott (John) and Scott Best (Lisa); her grandchildren, Patrick Capps and Maggie Capps; and her brother John Midgett (Cookie). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
