It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wilbert Seymore of Elizabeth City, North Carolina, who passed away on September 7, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Seymore and Lila Mae Evans Seymore; his son Wilbert Ivan Seymore; and his siblings, Willie Seymore, Roy Rudolph Seymore and Gail Seymore Razor.
He is survived by: his wife Alfreda Seymore of Elizabeth City, NC; his daughter Kimberly M. Seymore of Woodbridge, VA; and his stepson Joseph Spruill (Michelle) of Seattle, WA. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
