He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Alan Brendell Smith and Patricia Ann Coley Smith; his grandparents, Donald Coley, Mary Coley and Eunice Smith; his sons, Aaron James "AJ" Smith (Cara Beth Smith) of Bladenboro and Paul Alan Smith of Elizabethtown; his grandchild Dani Claire Smith; his wife Cara Beth; his siblings, Brendell Smith (Amber Smith) of Wilmington and Mary Nicole Smith (Eli George) of Leland; his grandfather Herman Smith (Flossie) of Clarkton; and his sons, Cooling and Daine.
