She was predeceased by : her parents, Elmer Franklin Ebright and Erma Metzger Ebright; her husband John Karl Starkloff; and her siblings, Henrietta Jerndt, Frank Elbright, Jr., Galen Ebright, Lloyd Ebright and Duane Ebright.

She is survived by : her sons, John Starkloff II (Gina Givens) and Kyle Starkloff (Kelly); her siblings, Carl Ebright (Karen), Katherine Everhardt, Elaine Damschroder and Norma Corbin; and her grandchildren, Lauren Isabella Starkloff, Emerson Sophia Starkloff, Kirsten Corinne Starkloff and Kyle Chasen Starkloff.
