He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Vernon Butler and Daphne Holt Butler of Elizabethtown; and his brothers, Thomas Vernon Butler and Michael Herbert Butler. He is survived by: his uncle Pat. He is also survived by his sisters-in-law and by many nephews, nieces, great-nephews, and great-nieces.
