He is survived by: his sons, Reggie Ellison of Clarkton, NC and James Lewis of Whiteville, NC; and his siblings, Delma Cromartie, Shirley Morgan, Judy Smith, Margarette Autry, Jimmy Ellison and Anthony Ellison. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren.
