It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Elma Lee Singletary of Elizabethtown, North Carolina, who passed away on April 14, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her father Willie Durham Nance; her husband N. W. "Nymph" Singletary Jr.; her siblings, Ernest Nance, Muriel Bordeaux and Evelyn King; her nieces, Deloris Brisson and Brenda Gooden; and her nephew Johnny Bordeaux.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to the Dublin First Baptist Church.
