She was predeceased by: her parents, John Homer Butler and Grace Cheshire Butler; her husband Charles Lewis; her siblings, Horace Butler, Frances Monroe, Janice Rich and Peggy Norris; and her son-in-law Steve Routh.
She is survived by: her daughters, Debbi Grosch (Kirk) of Lansing, Pat Routh of Reidsville and Shannon Ventura of Elizabethtown; her siblings, Buddy Butler of Garland, Jean Kimball of Swepsonville, Sylvia Carter of Parkersburg and Edna Morris of Parkersburg; and her grandchildren, Charlie, Jake, Stacy, Brandon and Hector.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to the Wesley's Chapel Outreach Ministry; Fayetteville Community Church, "The Barn" 2010 Middle River Loop, Fayetteville, NC 28312 or the charity of one's choice.
