Gail Norris Obituary

As we bid Gail farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Gail is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her husband Stewart Glenn Norris; her parents, Woodrow Norris and Christine Phillips Norris; and her siblings, Wilson Norris (Debbie), Terry Norris (Daisy) and Cynthia McClure (John Charles).
She is survived by: her daughters, Kimberly Pope (Gary) of Wilmington and Suzanne Pio (John) of Kure Beach. She is also survived by numerous in-laws, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to White's Creek Baptist Church, 6062 Mercer Mill Brown Marsh Road, Clarkton, NC 28433.
