She was predeceased by: her parents, Ora McCall and Rosa Lee Townsend McCall; her husband Charles Cain; and her siblings, James "Buckshot" McCall, O. B. McCall, Emme Lou Johnson and Kitty Davis.

She is survived by: her sister Becky Schnepf of Bladenboro. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
