Outlaw; his daughters, Norma Outlaw Deaver (Jacky) of Bladenboro and Diane Outlaw Bates of Bladenboro; his siblings, J. L. Outlaw of Fayetteville, Annie Merle Outlaw Stevens of Grays Creek, Fay Outlaw of Elizabethtown and Grey Outlaw Woodburn of Elizabethtown; and his grandchildren, Heather Outlaw, Timmy Outlaw, Matthew Outlaw, Jessica I. Taylor (J. T.) and Travis Deaver (Erin). He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren and six great-great grandchildren.
